BCHS students currently taking Ms. Medders', Essential of Healthcare course, learned to create 3D structures of the Integumentary System using various items of their choice‼️An excellent display of hands on learning‼️

Bacon Primary named these students "Raider Kids" for this past month‼️ Raider Kids are selected for doing something positive that makes them stand out from the rest of the crowd. These students were noticed by their teachers for giving a little extra while always being, "Ready, Respectful, and Responsible" and walking the "Raider Way" throughout the month‼️ Excellent job, Girls & Guys‼️

Last Week, BCHS proudly announced that Senior, Cooper Loggins, was named 2023 STAR Student. Cooper is the son of Tim and Tiffany Loggins. His future plans are to attend the University of Georgia and obtain a degree in Astrophysics. Outside of the classroom, Cooper is a member of TSA and BETA clubs. He is employed part-time by the Bacon County Board of Education. The STAR program is designed to recognize the student with the highest SAT score in their graduating class. Once selected, students choose a STAR Teacher that they believe has impacted their life and educational career. Cooper selected long-time math teacher and coach, Tanya Bourdeau, as the 2023 STAR Teacher. BCSD would like to congratulate both Cooper, and Mrs. Bourdeau for their hard work & achievements‼️ Way to make us #BCProud ‼️

Bacon Primary, PreK students have been busy learning about winter and snowmen‼️ They made snowmen out of baking soda and shaving cream and then “melted” them with vinegar‼️ Great Job, PreK ‼️

Mrs. Tiffany Ross’ BCHS Business Communication class held their 1st Annual Business Etiquette Luncheon. Students were treated to a small meal as they were educated on how to hold and host a professional business lunch and learn. Awesome job to BCHS CTAE teachers who continue to teach our students life skill to succeed.

Bacon County Primary School recognized their faculty members who obtained perfect attendance the first half of the 2022-2023 school year. Principal Marcy Chancey is shown rewarding Moriah Davis, Crystal Lee and Julia Merritt for showing up and giving 100 percent every day!
