Our Mission

  • There are two main goals that drive everything we do at Bacon County schools:

Academic success for every child we serve.
The development of good character in all.

The first goal is achieved by challenging students with high academic standards and expectations for achievement through innovative programming and instruction.

The second is achieved through a school, home and community commitment to character based on five core virtues: respect, responsibility, caring, honesty, and healthful lifestyles.

The District has also committed to a systematic initiative to engage families in their childrens' learning. Building action plans focused on family involvement.
